Photos: Future of Food Hackathon

Dozens of food experts, graphic designers, researchers, and developers visited National Geographic headquarters today for the Future of Food Hackathon—an event focused on analyzing global food issues, driven by Food and Agriculture Organization data.

The goal of the Hackathon is to create usable tools that present data in new and easy-to-understand ways and help people recognize the challenge of feeding the planet as the population grows. Here are some of the photos from the event.
